Uldis Mangulsons was born on 16 May 1984 in Limbazi/Latvia. He is the last year student at Banking Institution of Higher Education in Riga, specialised in Finance. From February until May 2007, within the framework of these studies, Uldis is a trainee at factline.

Uldis has been working with AB Medical Group Riga Ltd. as a Programmer and Service Assistant since 2003. Since September 2006 he is managing the implementation of Qualitymanagementsystem EN ISO 9001:2000.

Uldis has also been a trainee with Bayer AG at Computer and Network department in Dormagen/Germany in 2002. And in 2006 within the framework of Erasmus/Socrate student exchange program he has studied in Coimbra/Portugal for one semester.
